In this day of cutting labor costs, using phone banks and cheap labor; I was amazed by the efforts your employees put out to gratify their customers. I am 84 years old and the installers did everything they could to make it easy on me. I am very pleased with the quality of the rug itself. Your scheduling department adjusted my installation to match my sanitation pick up. All of your phone staff was pleasant and helpful. The salesman Joe did his best to help me select the best carpet I could afford. I would recommend your company without reservation to others.

COMPLIMENTS: 1 - Sales Rep Tony P. Date of appointment - arrived ON TIME. Explained all the details regarding styles, colors, etc. for hardwood carpeting. After measuring & picking out the carpeting he gave a good scenario of what would take place after the order is placed ... knew his job to the fullest. 2 - Installation - The crew that arrived to install the carpeting was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and had a good work ethic. Clean up and moving of furniture were done professionally. All parties concerned from the phone appointment person, sales and installation should all be commended. My wife and I are very happy with Shore Family Carpet & carpeting.
